Our Fees

Our fees are determined by government statute, and must be approved by the Social Security Administration at the start of legal representation on your claim. If a favorable decision is made on your claim, Midcities Disability Advocates receives 25% of the accrued benefit (back pay) amount. This is a one-time fee only. We do not impose fees up front, and only get paid if your claim is approved. If your claim is denied, you pay nothing.
